About Dubai Metro & Tram Stations
Dubai's integrated rail network consists of 53 Metro stations across the Red and Green Lines, plus 11 Tram stations along the Dubai Marina and JBR. Each station is designed with passenger comfort in mind, featuring air conditioning, accessibility features, and convenient connections to key destinations.
Red Line Stations
The Red Line spans 52.1 kilometers and serves 29 stations from Rashidiya to UAE Exchange, passing through key areas like Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Dubai Marina. Major stations include Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Dubai Marina.
Green Line Stations
The Green Line covers 22.5 kilometers with 20 stations from Etisalat to Creek, serving the older parts of Dubai including Deira, Al Ras, Bur Dubai, and Healthcare City. Key stations include Union (interchange with Red Line), Gold Souq, and Al Fahidi.
Dubai Tram Stations
The Dubai Tram runs along Al Sufouh Road with 11 stations connecting Dubai Marina, JBR, and Knowledge Village. The tram integrates with the Dubai Metro at two interchange stations: DMCC and Palm Jumeirah.

All Dubai Metro and Tram stations are equipped with modern facilities including:

Zone System
Dubai Metro operates on a zone-based fare system with 7 zones. The fare depends on how many zones you travel through during your journey. Most stations in central Dubai are in Zones 5 and 6, while outlying areas are in Zones 1, 2, 3, and 7.
